  1. Step 1: Unzip the wrap fully, undo all the velcro tabs and open your bin's lid

  2. Step 2: Line up the two front seams with the front of the bin, then drape the wrap over the open lid

  3. Step 3: Join the two ends at the back corner of the bin and zip all the way up

  4. Step 4: Secure a velcro tab around each wheel

  5. Step 5: Loop the three tabs through the handle bars and press them flat against the bin

  6. Step 6: Press the two tabs closed at the back corners of the rim, smooth the fabric and close the lid. Done!
