Bins of Paradise

1. 

   1Unzip the wrap fully, undo all the velcro tabs and open your bin's lid

2. 

   2Line up the two front seams with the front of the bin, then drape the wrap over the open lid

3. 

   3Join the two ends at the back corner of the bin and zip all the way up

4. 

   4Secure a velcro tab around each wheel

5. 

   5Loop the three tabs through the handle bars and press them flat against the bin

6. 

   6Press the two tabs closed at the back corners of the rim, smooth the fabric and close the lid. Done!

Two minutes solo, faster with a second pair of hands. No tools needed, and you get to walk away smug.
