Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Wheelie Wraps order. Here is how returns and refunds work, alongside the rights you already have under Australian Consumer Law.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If something has a major problem, you can choose a refund or a replacement, and you can claim compensation for any other loss that was reasonably foreseeable. If the problem is minor, we'll repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Change of mind

We don't offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, so please pick carefully and check the sizing and product details before you order. Not sure about something? Email us at hello@wheeliewraps.com.au before you buy and we'll talk it through.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong

Email us at hello@wheeliewraps.com.au within a reasonable time and include your order number, what's gone wrong, and a few clear photos. We'll take a look and, where you're entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, sort out a repair, replacement or refund. We might ask you to send the item back so we can check it, and if a return is needed for a genuine fault, we'll cover the reasonable cost of return postage.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Once we've approved one, give it up to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider.
