Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Wheelie Wraps website and anything you buy from us. Wheelie Wraps is a registered business name of JHV Pty Ltd (ABN 44 695 084 998). By using the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them.
1. About us
We sell decorative wraps and covers for wheelie bins. You can reach us any time at hello@wheeliewraps.com.au.
2. Orders
Placing an order is you offering to buy what's in your cart. The sale is locked in once we send your order confirmation. We can decline or cancel an order, for instance if something is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We can change prices at any time, but that won't affect an order we've already confirmed. We take payment at checkout through our payment providers.
4. Products
We do our best to show and describe everything accurately, though colours can look a little different from one screen to the next. You apply the wrap to your own bin following the instructions, so picking the right size and putting it on properly is up to you.
5. Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms, so please give them a read.
6. Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing here takes away any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
7. Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, whether that's trying to get unauthorised access, interfering with how it runs, or using it for anything unlawful.
8. Our content
The designs, images, logos and text on this site belong to Wheelie Wraps or the people we license them from, and they're protected by law. Please don't copy or reuse them without our okay.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, and subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights, we aren't responsible for any indirect or flow-on loss from using the site or our products. We don't limit anything that can't legally be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms now and then. Whichever version is on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that state.
