Shipping Policy

Right now we ship within Australia only.

Rates

  • Flat rate shipping is $9.95 AUD.
  • Orders of $99 AUD or more ship free.

You'll see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays) and aim to get yours on its way within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, with tracking where it's available, once it ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on where you are in Australia. Once your order ships it's in the hands of the carrier, so any timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and more remote areas can take longer.

We don't ship internationally at this stage.

Wrong address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an address that was typed in wrong, but if you catch a mistake, email hello@wheeliewraps.com.au quickly and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order is taking longer than it should, email hello@wheeliewraps.com.au with your order number and we'll chase it up.
